John came out to see my washer.  The water wold not drain and sometimes it would stop in the middle of a cycle. He replace my water pump and repair a loose connection on my timer. The cost was very reasonable at $125 parts labor and service call. They had the part in stock and fixed it the same day I called. A+ service.
